The routine
Do I need all four steps?
No. Each step works on its own. The four together are simply the full breath: cleanse, mist, serum, cream. Start with one or two if that's what feels right.
What order do I use them in?
Thinnest to richest: cleanser, mist, serum, cream. The Breathing Cream can take the place of the cream.
Is soom suitable for sensitive skin?
soom is built around few ingredients. Every skin is different, so patch test anything new on a small area for a few days and read the full ingredient list on the pack. If you have a skin condition, ask your dermatologist first.
Can I use soom with other products?
Usually, yes. Add one new thing at a time so you know what your skin is responding to.

Where can I see the full ingredient lists?
On every pack, and on each product page once final specifications are published.
Do you make medical claims?
No. We tell you what's in each product and what each ingredient is. We'd rather explain than promise.

How does Subscribe work?
Choose every 4, 6 or 8 weeks on a product page. You save on each delivery and can skip, change or cancel any time before the next one ships.
What is the complete ritual saving?
Build all four steps in the ritual builder and the four are priced together, with a saving on the set.
Do you include samples?
Yes. Choose a cleanser or mist sachet in your bag before checkout.
Where do you ship?
